Highland Park Jalapeno Candle

The city of Oz was a glowing Jalapeño green for Dorothy and her friends to distinguish the magical world of Oz from the mundane, black-and-white world of Kansas. And the Highland Park Theatre (which screened The Wizard of Oz in 1939) glows in green at night.
